Alexis Pitts

As Chief of Staff at TruOak Financial Partners, Alexis Pitts serves as a strategic partner to the firm's CEO, helping drive operational excellence, organizational effectiveness, and an exceptional experience for both clients and team members. She brings more than 15 years of experience supporting senior executives, managing complex business operations, and leading initiatives that strengthen organizational performance and culture.

 

Prior to joining TruOak, Alexis held executive support and leadership roles with internationally recognized organizations including Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, the National Audubon Society, and Boies Schiller Flexner LLP. Throughout her career, she has partnered closely with executives and business leaders to manage strategic priorities, streamline operations, build strong stakeholder relationships, and support long-term organizational growth. Her background in leadership support, project management, and people-focused operations allows her to bring a thoughtful and service-oriented approach to her role.

 

Originally from New York City, Alexis recently relocated to Metro Atlanta and is enjoying the opportunity to experience her new community. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring Atlanta's diverse culinary scene, visiting cultural attractions, discovering local neighborhoods, and taking advantage of the many experiences that make the city such a vibrant place to call home.
